Hi, my name is Tori and I'm the owner & creator of

Covered In Honey Creations.

​For as long as I can remember, I have always been creative in some way, shape or form, and my creative interests have always been varied.

​I am lucky enough to have had some very creative and inspiring people in my life. My earliest memory was sitting on my grandma's kitchen bench baking with her. This was a very regular occurrence followed by me cheekily arguing with my Pa over who gets to lick the bowl and who gets the beater. I was also lucky enough to have a Nanny who was a wedding dress maker. Her sewing machine now lives in my sewing room along with a framed newspaper article featuring her dressmaking ability.

My first sewing project was a floor rug for my first bub before she arrived. It didn't take long before I was tackling a range of sewing projects, constructing my own patterns and purchasing more sewing machines. 

My first taste of making produce transpired when I moved to my husband's family farm near Rylstone NSW. We have a lot of fruit trees on and around the farm and so I took the opportunity to make jams and chutneys when the produce was available. To my surprise, people liked them! And so, the bug was caught. Fast forward to now, and in the chaos of family life with 3 kids, veggie gardens and orchards, animals, cattle, primary school & P&C, a farm, a 3rd generation family beekeeping business and now my little business, it's safe to say we are flat out but absolutely loving it.

​Covered In Honey Creations birthed as an outlet for my crafty ideas and creations. I'm firm on CIHC specialising in a large range of small batch, handmade products created right here on our farm in the beautiful Central West NSW. Nothing is mass produced; some products are unique 'one-off' creations while others are seasonal. My range of sewing and embroidered products tend to stick to a county style theme but there might be the odd exception if I find a gorgeous design. At the moment I'm not taking custom orders, but this may change in the future.
